Hi Wendy:
I’ve been trying to get tickets to your show, but there asking me for my photo. I am truly not photogenic AT ALL, so I dont have any pic of myself to send. Is that the only way I could get ticket to attend one of your shows?

Wendy! I Love, Love your show.
I currently live in California, and a former New Yorker.
I claim New York as my home, but my question is,
how can I make your Theme song my ring tone?
I have your theme song in my head while Im working,
making it hard at times to focus.
I can see my self requesting family and friends to call me just to bust out
and sing along to the ring tone.
inquiring minds need to know!
Thank You,
Love Samina Belmar
oh yeah!,
Wendy, how you doin!

Call it a comeback? Hell to the Yes! Sure – why not call it what it officially is? The twist, though, is that she’s come back to collect those long-lost R&B fans who thought she’d neglected them when her albums were so successful that they were “considered” Pop. And perhaps they were. But this album is R&B at best. Classic R&B. And the genius behind the direction of this album – Mr. Clive Davis – needs to be commended. It was genius to make this such an autobiographical album and stamp it R&B, which is definitely fast becoming a lost genre. And who better to restore R&B back to it’s natural habitat other than Whitney? She is the one person (and Luther Vandross – in absentia) who’s worthy and able to resuscitate it. Kudos to Mr. Davis for strategically plotting this comeback album. We all know that there is plenty of time for Whitney to renew her vows to the Pop genre and, if we’re lucky, grace us with another Soundtrack. But first she would lay out her soul on the altar of R&B and deliver a very soulful, emotionally-charged and autobiographical album to us, her congregation of fans who were praying for this very time in her life. And she has. She has definitely delivered.
For at least a decade we’ve been panting like deer for her to quench our thirst for that authentic, soulful, vocal vibrato for which this songbird has neglected us. And for at least that long, we’ve had to suffer through studio-enhanced mannequins (like – dare I say – Rihanna and Ciara, et al.) who are known more for and influenced by their high-fashion than a shred of true musical talent. Although Whitney did leave huge, practically unattainable footsteps for them to follow in. Not just anyone can bless the world with a catalogue of music that serves as the soundtrack to the lives of a generation like Whitney has.
So I say, yes indeed this is a comeback. Much deserved. Highly-anticipated. And worth the very, very, very long wait.
We will always LOVE YOU, Ms. Whitney Houston. Congrats!
MY favs so far: tracks 2, 4, 5, 10 and 11. You can feel the heartache, deliverance and triumph of THE master of her craft.
