Hi Wendy, I have a heart disease, high blood pressure, and issues with my lungs..I need to lose weight for my health. Just walkin 1/2 a block I cannot catch my breath can you give me some healthy advice. I am 220…5’5…black female.. I am willing to try anything a little at a time to get back in shape, I tried to go through my insurance blue cross blue shield for a nutritious to help me but my insurance does not cover, I need to do this to prolong my life, any advice you give will be appreciated. howudooin’? i just found out recently from a close friend of mine whom was employed by the late,great james brown that the doctor that administered michael jackson those meds was james brown’s doctor! do you think that they should thoroughly investigate james brown’s death as well? and i’m trying to be respectful of both of their memories and let the deceased have peace-they caught enough hell on earth!

If Wendy is interested then there is a weight loss Plan available for anyone. It suits ordinary people and was written for them, not for the Rich who have the money to have their fat sucked out of their bodies by surgical means. They will put the weight back on anyway.lol

I watch you show everynight on BET, I saw the show on Thursday night 10/15 and your guess speaker said she had arm sleeves that make your arms look smaller. I wonder where I might find the arm sleeves that she had. Does she have a website where I might buy the arm sleeves.

This is a question all the ladies with “Best Friends” (Female). How do you do it? I find myself lonely for a female to talk to sometime, but I have not had a “Best Friend” since my best friend confessed to sleeping with my husband 25 years ago. It’s so hard to trust again and I really miss the girl talks, girl days out. Please do a poll of your audience to find out how many ladies have best friend and what would they do if they had to live life without a lady best friend in their life.
