Hey Wendy ‘how u doin’? This dress had my name written all over it! Especially when I saw you wear it and, well, you are very busty. I am as size 0-2 (23 in. waist) with a full (FULL) DDD cup bust. All natural! I’m a 20 year old college student (U of L whoop whoop!) and I just really wanted to know if you had the top of the dress altered? Oh yea, I bought the dress in a size 12, but I still could not fit the top. I would hate to retire halters out of my life forever. Any suggestions????
