There’s new Paula Abdul news. According to TMZ, ABC is courting Paula to be a CONTESTANT not a JUDGE on “Dancing with the Stars.” There are also reports that Paula still may end up back at the judges table on “American Idol.”

If I remember correctly last week Wendy mentioned during Hot Topics that Paula was returning back to her roots. Obviously, that means choreography. Nigel Lithgoe, who is involved with both American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance, invited her during last season’s SYTYCD to be a guest judge and/or choreogragher. I hope that is what she is planning to do. As for everyone complaining about it being cheating if she is a contestant on Dancing With The Stars, it’s been said numerous times that ballroom dancing is hard. Plus, Paula isn’t the young flexible energetic dancer she once was. It would be interesting to watch.
