First let me start by sayin I luv luv luv wendy but I was really shocked at how you busted snookie out not once but twice about her waring ur garment!!! I heard it the first time and hoped it wasnt heard bcus of applause,but you did it. A second time telling her not to forget to leave it when she leaves. If she was waring ur clothes it must have been a good reason and apparently what she had wasn’t good enough so I’m sure she already felt bad and then to get busted out on tv must have really imbarrassed her and you no she luvs you. But now that I’ve got that off my chess I still love you dearly even when ur messy, ……by the way this is the only place I could find to email you on the site ……………..lov ya grl. Sharvette

Hi Wendy,
On a show that I saw recently you raved about an online store called “Fabulous Furs”.
I am hear to tell you that they are FAR from fabulous and you should never endorse them again!
I went online on 1/6/2010 and placed an overnight order for a gift for my neice – her party was 1/11/2010.
I spoke to shipping on the evening of 1/6/2010 to make sure it would arrive in time – they told me I would receive it on 1/8/2010.
At 3pm on the 8th – no package. I called back THREE times and was told all three times that customer service was busy – but they would put in an URGENT request for someone to call me back (one person I talked to was a supervisor who said she would move my call to the top of the queue). Not only did no one call me back – but the FEDEX tracking number I was giving was no good – the FEDEX tracking system did not recognise the number.
I called again on Saturday the morning of the 9th to be told that although there are plenty of people who could take a new order – there was no one that could help me as customer service only works M-F from 9am – 5pm. Additionally – not only was the FEDEX number still bad – but the way they ship (so as not to incurr extra charges) meant that my overnight shipment (that was to arrive on the 8th) had not been shipped until Friday the 8th – and since they did not pay extra for Saturday delivery (which I would have been happy to pay for) the package would not arrive until Monday the 11th.
I’m not sure what was worse:
The fact that all of the customer service lines were always busy and I was forwarded to the order taking call center
The fact that the call center had very limited visibility to what was going on in the shipping department
The fact that no one responded to one of three URGENT phone messages left on Friday
The fact that a supervisor on Friday told me she would escalate the call and still no one called me
The fact that the package – which was clearly marked “must arrive on Friday 1/8″ in the order notes did not ship until that day
The fact that the shipping department did not do me the service of a call when they realized they were shipping my order on the day it was to arrive
or
The fact that SO MANY things could go wrong with one order
I did finally speak to Diana – the Director of Operations – though they did not offer any type of incentive to keep my business (free pillow or throw – anything) – they did have LOTS of excuses that for some reason the order taking center was not aware of:
The package was to go out on Thursday – but there was a storm and no one came in (someone should have called)
There was a skeleton crew in the shipping department on Friday also due to the storm (still someone should have called)
The shipping department and the order taking department are not in direct contact with each other – nor can order taking reps see into the complete history of the order – which they should be able to do if customer service calls are being forwarded to them when busy or out of the office
I realize that you in no way guarantee or endorse this company – and I can tell from the way you spoke on the phone that you were very please with them.
I do wish you would retract your on air recommendation – and I would hope that your reputation regarding such matters is important.
