Wendy Show Recap

As Seen on Wendy

On Monday, July 13th, Wendy will say “How you doin’ America?” for the very first time.

“The Wendy Williams Show” is gonna be one big party. There’ll be hot topics, celebrity interviews, cooking, fashion and beauty segments; and of course a feature we like to call… “Ask Wendy.”

Did you miss something from the show? Could you not write down that recipe fast enough?

Don’t worry. We got you covered. Check out the “As Seen on Wendy” section of wendyshow.com for all things “Wendy.”

Message from Wendy: How You Doin’ America?

Message from WendyI can’t believe it. In just 48-hours I’ll be saying “How you doin’ America?” for the very first time. Last summer I did a “Six Week Sneak Peak” in New York, Los Angles, Dallas and Detroit to see if America could handle this mess and I PASSED!

Wendy’s Famous Angry Fries

It’s me Wendy!

So listen…you all know I’ve been hitting the gym to get ready for the talk show. I like to keep it healthy, but every once in awhile you gotta indulge in the finer things in life!

Forget about your thighs for a minute and treat yourself to your “guilty pleasure.” Here’s mine….

Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen steak fries (nice & thick for scooping)
Cheese Whiz (1 jar)
2 onions
4 jalapeno peppers (fresh)
“A Dash” of salt, pepper & garlic powder

Directions:
Place fries in oven for 20 minutes or until crisp.

Peel and slice onions while pan is heating with a tablespoon of E.V.O.O.

Slice jalapeno peppers. Put onions and peppers in pan & stir. Fry them together for 3 1/2 minutes. Let the onions carmelize. Now add the cheese whiz. Take the fries out of the oven and season w/ salt, pepper & garlic powder while the fries are still warm.

Now frizzle your mixings over the fries and grab a fork and dig in…if you’re like me, you use your fingers! LOL.
