Wendy’s Nominated for the Hall of Fame
It’s been a summer of firsts for your favorite new talk show host!
As some of you may or may not know, Wendy has been a popular radio personality for the past 20-years and is bringing her irresistible personality and witty commentary on life and pop-culture to daytime.
Not only did “The Wendy Williams Show” have its national debut this week, but Wendy was recently nominated for the Radio Hall of Fame.
Wendy is only the second African American woman to be nominated for this prestigious honor. The late Yvonne Daniels “The First Lady of Chicago Radio” was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 1995, after her death.

i sent you a email but i could not put everthing i wanted. i use to here you show come on and i would turn the station. never listen. thought to myself here goes a another talk show host, anyways one morning to lazy to turn your show i listen. you made me laugh you made me cry. i said she is really dow to earth love your shou know i watch every morning. and i love your wigs i where the to but i cant find the one like yours sincerly marie

This is not really a response to anything recently just a comment.
I LOVE LOVE the show! I cant take it I DIE EACH DAY! LOL today was really funny your first day of fall show.. I just love that you were crazy and excited about the hot topics segment..
I actually work at a small tv station in Boston, we are fortunet enough to have Televisions at our desks for obvious reasons. In my small corner of the office I do take the time out at 2p to watch you every day! LOL.., sneaky I know but girl you have me addicted. You have been in the industry for such a long time Ive watched your other show in the past and do try to listen to you when I am in NYC. So i have always been a fan !
I wanted to just take (more time out for wendy) a moment and send a quick note to say Hello Boston loves you ! Love the set the show format, and you are definetly a friend in my head!!! LOL congrats on all of your success ! Im so proud of you!! See i feel like we’re friends !!! Have a great day ! Look forward to tomorrow!

You deserve this honor. My grandma always said “Give me My Flowers While I am Living”. You just got 23 dozen roses!!! (one for every year on radio). We laugh with you, we cry with you and now we your fans celebrate with you. Who is getting slapped at the offices of your former employer today for allowing you to go? That is today’s hot topic question. LOL.

Hi Wendy,
How are you doing? I am so happy for you my two sons had a chance when they younger to meet you at sistarh ‘s for power 99.
I told them you now have your own show.
I am in business. I have a clothing store and i do a lot of fashions.
One thing that i do, when i have time i watch the tapes from my fashions shows.
We are so happy for you . I would like to see you do a show on sister’s
loving themselves. Because if you are happy with you you don’t have time to hate on others sister’s that have it going on.
